Is there another idea for correcting this? I guess Apple assumes people running Windows Server 2003 should already be tech savvy enough to struggle through this. I believe I got infected when I was searching for radio stations. I'm running Windows Server 2003, compatibility mode on both quicktime and iTunes are off.
