Sometimes the problem is greed, sometimes it is "benefit to customer" (I forget the Mandarin for that expression) and sometimes it is a genuine mistake but always the play of different I could source and resolder a new connector (although maybe not if 10k others were trying to source it as well) but not everyone could. How to slow down sessions? In this case, that didn't happen.
