Your instructions didn't work exactly for me, so I'd like to give additional instructions for anyone still struggling. It works with Java but with Java we can not use the printers in our network so we would like to work as we used to work when it all worked All rights reserved. Where in the world do I put this new folder if there is no Citrix folder??

When I opened up the Citrix folder, there was no Keystore folder, so I created it, created a cacerts subdirectory, and exported the certificate from my keychain into the folder. IT WORKED..
